Our backup system uses reliable and secure methods that have been proven year after year. Although the systems are reliable and secure it is important that clients close all databases, applications and open files to ensure a clean backup. Due to so many variables involved including issues such as internet, network, open files and computers being shut down, Hale Networks Inc. cannot be responsable for any loss of data that may occure.
